Our various saunas, heated loungers and floating beds will help you forget the stresses of everyday life. And if you want to completely immerse yourself in the moment, you can let yourself be touched - with Ayurveda massage, ShenDo Shiatsu or acupressure you can let go.

A special highlight is our Kneipp bath in front of our Troadkastn sauna. Drinking water bubbles out of our well from our mountain spring at 1,100m above sea level. Relax in the relaxation room with reading lamps and relaxing music from headphones.

You can use our saunas daily from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.!

Even if you are not staying with us, you can use our wellness area for € 14.00 per day.
